Why invest in Pratap nagar Residential project?

India’s largest project worth ₹40,500 crore — the construction of 24 new cities — will soon turn into reality. Earlier, no one had ever imagined such a big Delhi–Mumbai Industrial Corridor project. It is like fulfilling the dream of every Indian. This will give housing and employment opportunities to our youth. From Dadri to Mumbai, an industrial dedicated corridor will be built, which will also bring foreign investment to India on a massive scale.

Until now, no one had thought of such a large-scale project. That is why Japan’s Prime Minister called it a "dream project." Japan has also shown keen interest in investing in India. Japan believes that with investment and cooperation, this project will be highly successful. The Delhi–Mumbai Industrial Corridor will be the country’s biggest infrastructure project.

First, a 100 billion dollar investment will be made in phases, and with Japan’s support, it is being developed. Of this, 10 billion dollars will come directly from Japan. At present, the Indian government is fully committed to this plan.

Once completed, the face of the cities between Mumbai and Delhi will change, and this will spread across many states such as Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Maharashtra — covering a distance of about 1,483 kilometers. This corridor will include both roads and railways.

If seen carefully, this project has the potential to generate lakhs of new jobs.

Temples dedicated to Goddess Shakambhari Devi are built across almost the whole of India, and one of these temples is located in Sambhar town of Rajasthan. Sambhar is situated about 70 kilometers away from Jaipur. Here, Goddess Shakambhari is worshipped in her established form. Although there are many temples of the Goddess across the country, this temple is considered to be very special and sacred. The name Sambhar itself is said to have come from the penance (tapasya) of Maa Shakambhari.

Along with the famous salt lake, there are several unique features connected with this temple that make it stand out. It is believed that this temple was established in the 7th century by the Chauhan dynasty ruler Vasudeva, in Sambhar town and near the lake.

Inside the Shakambhari Mata temple of Sambhar, there is an idol of the Goddess, which is considered to be a self-manifested (Swayambhu) idol, believed to have appeared through the blessings of the Goddess herself. Maa Shakambhari is also regarded as the Kuldevi (family deity) of the Chauhan dynasty.

In Sambhar, no religious ritual or worship is performed without first seeking the blessings of the Mother. It is believed that before undertaking any auspicious task, people first take the blessings of Maa Shakambhari.
